+ Privacy Policy

We take our commitment to your privacy seriously and will treat any information you supply to us with care.

Under no circumstances will your information be disclosed to third parties unless required to do so by UK law.

We may use contact information to occasionally notify you about important alterations to the site and offers of products that might be of particular interest to you. Customers are welcome to opt out of all non-essential communication.

Payments are handled securely through Paypal. At no point will your payment details be available to Savage Albion.

+ Returns

We offer a no-hassle returns policy on all orders where a return is requested within 10 working days of receipt. We're able to refund the full cost of the order including the outward shipping.

After the 10 working day period we can only accept returns in cases where products are proved to have a significant fault. All our products are subject to thorough quality control measures, and are inspected prior to dispatch.

To request a return, please email us at info@savageapparel.com with your order details.

Returned items need to be in full packaging in a saleable condition, the order receipt should also be included with returns.

Returns must be sent by tracked and fully insured delivery, we're unable to provide funding for return delivery.

We must be notified and agree before a return is performed. Once we've agreed to a return the items should be dispatched to us within 3 working days, we'll need to be informed of the parcel tracking number upon dispatch.

Refunds can't be initiated until the returned order has been received by us. Refunds can only be credited to the same Paypal account as the original payment came from.

Failure to meet any of these conditions will mean that no refund can be performed.

We're unable to accept returns on Savage Apparel items purchased from third party retailers and not directly from us.

+ Product Photos

Customers are welcome to use our product photographs (found on each item page) when retailing Savage Albion products online, or for use in promotional materials.

If you'd like to use our product images when retailing Savage Albion items please let us know beforehand. The requirements for use of the photos are firstly an order of £75 or above, and also that they are used only when retailing items purchased directly from us.

The photos must be accompanied with proper accreditation. Please include 'Product image is © PJ Cope and is used under license. All rights reserved.' on each page where a Savage Albion image is used. There's no need to mention where the items were purchased.

The photos are not to be used on third party websites (eg eBay).

All product photos remain the property of Savage Albion and are not to be used without permission, no transferrance of copyright takes place with any license for their use. We reserve the right to withdraw permission for their use if necessary.

+ Trade FAQs

- Is there a minimum order amount?
Savage Albion has no minimum order amounts or any other purchase requirements.

 - Is VAT included in the item totals?
Savage Albion currently has a turnover below £60,000 per year, so we're not yet required to add VAT to our prices.

 - Are there any hidden charges or extras?
There are no hidden charges applied to orders, our order total is just the combined item price plus the delivery cost. Insurance is always included as standard.

 - Do you offer dropshipping?
Savage Albion doesn't offer a dropshipping service.

 - Can you make bespoke items?
We're unable to provide custom or bespoke items at present.

+ Technical FAQs

  - The 'Add to Cart' button doesn't work, how can I fix this?
To help us keep track of the items added to your cart, our website uses cookies - small text files that temporarily store your cart information in your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome).

If the 'Add to Cart' button doesn't add any items to your cart inventory, you'll need to set your browser to allow cookies from Savage Albion.

For Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options, and click on the Privacy tab. Click the 'Sites' button, add 'savageapparel.com' and click the 'Allow' button.

For Firefox, go to Tools > Options, and tick the box next to 'Accept cookies from sites'. There's no need to tick 'Accept third party cookies'.

For Google Chrome, select 'Options' from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. Scroll down to the 'Cookie settings' menu, and select either 'Allow all cookies' or 'Restrict how third party cookies can be used'.

Once you've completed your purchase, Savage Albion cookies can be safely cleared.

Please note that if the 'Add to Cart' button is grey then the item is out of stock, and can't be added to the cart. If the button is green then the item is available.

+ International Customers

We deliver to the following countries / regions:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

Our online checkout caters for international customers, enabling immediate order placement.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, we'll send an email to confirm dispatch. International deliveries normally arrive within 3-7 working days of dispatch, depending on destination.

Standard international delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For. This service provides proof of delivery, plus tracking and £500 insurance whilst the parcel is within the UK.

Larger deliveries of over 5kg will be send by an alternative courier, with insurance also provided.

Should customers wish to have more extensive tracking or insurance cover, please contact us before checkout and we'll provide you with the available delivery options.

Standard international delivery is priced at £9.99 for European destinations, and £14.99 for North America and Australia / NZ.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import taxes incurred. Cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We're only able to answer communication in English. All our standard policies and Terms of Trade apply to international orders.
