We offer a no-hassle returns policy on all orders where a return is requested within 10 working days of receipt. We're able to refund the full cost of the order including the outward shipping.
After the 10 working day period we can only accept returns in cases where products are proved to have a significant fault. All our products are subject to thorough quality control measures, and are inspected prior to dispatch.

Returned items need to be in full packaging in a saleable condition, the order receipt should also be included with returns.
Returns must be sent by tracked and fully insured delivery, we're unable to provide funding for return delivery.
We must be notified and agree before a return is performed. Once we've agreed to a return the items should be dispatched to us within 3 working days, we'll need to be informed of the parcel tracking number upon dispatch.
Refunds can't be initiated until the returned order has been received by us. Refunds can only be credited to the same Paypal account as the original payment came from.
Failure to meet any of these conditions will mean that no refund can be performed.

The photos must be accompanied with proper accreditation. Please include 'Product image is © PJ Cope and is used under license. All rights reserved.' on each page where a Savage Apparel image is used. There's no need to mention where the items were purchased.
The photos are not to be used on third party websites (eg eBay).

Savage Apparel has no minimum order amounts or any other purchase requirements.
- Is VAT included in the item totals?
Savage Apparel currently has a turnover below £60,000 per year, so we're not yet required to add VAT to our prices.

There are no hidden charges applied to orders, our order total is just the combined item price plus the delivery cost. Insurance is always included as standard.
- Do you offer dropshipping?
Savage Apparel doesn't offer a dropshipping service.
- Can you make bespoke items?
We're unable to provide custom or bespoke items at present.

- The 'Add to Cart' button doesn't work, how can I fix this?
To help us keep track of the items added to your cart, our website uses cookies - small text files that temporarily store your cart information in your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome).
If the 'Add to Cart' button doesn't add any items to your cart inventory, you'll need to set your browser to allow cookies from Savage Apparel.
For Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options, and click on the Privacy tab. Click the 'Sites' button, add 'savageapparel.com' and click the 'Allow' button.
For Firefox, go to Tools > Options, and tick the box next to 'Accept cookies from sites'. There's no need to tick 'Accept third party cookies'.
For Google Chrome, select 'Options' from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. Scroll down to the 'Cookie settings' menu, and select either 'Allow all cookies' or 'Restrict how third party cookies can be used'.
Once you've completed your purchase, Savage Apparel cookies can be safely cleared.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, we'll send an email to confirm dispatch. International deliveries normally arrive within 3-7 working days of dispatch, depending on destination.
Standard international delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For. This service provides proof of delivery, plus tracking and £500 insurance whilst the parcel is within the UK.
Larger deliveries of over 5kg will be send by an alternative courier, with insurance also provided.
Should customers wish to have more extensive tracking or insurance cover, please contact us before checkout and we'll provide you with the available delivery options.
Standard international delivery is priced at £9.99 for European destinations, and £14.99 for North America and Australia / NZ.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import taxes incurred. Cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

There are no customer fees or charges when making a payment by Paypal. Purchases can be completed using your existing Paypal account, or by creating a new account for free. Alternatively, Paypal is able to process cards directly without an account being created.
Paypal accepts all of the following payment methods:

Our payment address is billing@savageapparel.com. As Paypal is an independent payment system, Savage Apparel will never receive any bank or card details.
Orders with Savage Apparel are on a pre-payment basis, goods will be dispatched only when payment has been received.
We accept payments by Paypal eCheques, orders are dispatched once the payment has cleared. We're unable to accept payments by cash, cheque, bank draft or postal order.
+ Delivery
Savage Apparel is commited to only using sustainable packaging in shipping, no plastic packaging will be used to deliver your order. All our packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
We always aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of order placement. All our deliveries are fully insured, with item tracking available in most cases.
Delivery for UK orders is by Royal Mail Special Delivery, items normally arrive within one working day of dispatch. UK delivery is priced at just £5.49 per order, this includes handling, full insurance and secure environmental packaging.
Goods will be sent to the address given by the customer, please be sure to give the correct address. All deliveries require a signature upon completion.
The dispatch notification email contains the estimated delivery time for your order, if the item doesn't arrive within the expected time please notify us at info@savageapparel.com.
International deliveries are insured. Please be aware that delivery time on international orders depends upon destination, see the 'International' topic for more details.
