Terms of Trade These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase.

SavageApparel.com is owned by PJ Cope, and is based at 6 Oaktree Close, Groby, Leicester, LE6 0GY, UK. In there terms ‘Savage Apparel’, 'SavageApparel.com' / 'we' / 'us' / 'our' shall denote PJ Cope trading as SavageApparel.com.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms and Conditions.

WEBSITE INFORMATION ACCURACY:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

USER INFORMATION ACCURACY:
You undertake that all details you provide to SavageApparel.com for the purpose of ordering goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform SavageApparel.com as soon as possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
In these terms, 'Intellectual Property Rights' means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the site shall be owned by SavageApparel.com absolutely, and cannot be used or reproduced by any person or company without having the written consent of SavageApparel.com.
You shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase.
Any unauthorized reproduction of SavageApparel.com trademarks is expressly prohibited without written consent, and may be subject to legal action.

Customers must recognise that we are unable to give credit or open credit accounts.

CONTRACT TIMESCALE:
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and SavageApparel.com until SavageApparel.com dispatches the products ordered. We will confirm that the products have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by SavageApparel.com of your offer to buy goods from SavageApparel.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Any orders cancelled by us before dispatch where full payment has been received will be refunded in full.

RETURNS TERMS:
You accept and agree to our returns terms, outlined in this section.
SavageApparel.com offers a returns policy on all orders where a return is requested within 10 working days of receipt. We are able to refund the full cost of the items plus the delivery charge. All items returned must remain in full packaging in a saleable condition. UK returns must be sent to us by fully insured Special Delivery at the buyer's expense. Returns on international orders must be sent by tracked and fully insured delivery at the buyer’s expense. The order receipt must be included in all returns, and we must be provided with the parcel tracking number upon dispatch.
We can only accept returns requested after this 10 day period in cases where products are proved to have a significant fault. All products are inspected prior to dispatch.
In no circumstances will a refund be performed before the returned order has been received by us.
Goods that are damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced in full upon return, providing that the buyer notifies us within 10 working days of receipt. To return goods damaged in transit the buyer must agree to co-operate in claiming compensation from the courier. This may involve providing a photograph of the goods or a brief written statement.
We must be notified and agree before any return is performed. Once we have agreed to a return the items must be dispatched to us within 3 working days.
Refunds will only be credited to the same payment account as the original payment came from, ie. same bank account, card or Paypal account. In no circumstances will extra compensation above the value of returned items (including postage) be given.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers and not directly from us.
Failure to meet any of these conditions will mean no refund can be performed.

DELIVERY TERMS:
You accept and agree to our delivery terms, outlined in this section.
We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products ordered if the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to climate events, seasonal courier efficiency, labour disputes, strikes, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit (to destinations within the UK and also abroad) we will assist any claims to the best of our ability. We shall bear no responsibility to provide compensation for lost or damaged goods in the event that no compensation is provided by the courier.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address we shall not provide compensation in the case of postal loss, and the insurance provided by the courier may be rendered invalid.
All UK deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable to take delivery of the item then it will usually be stored at a local Royal Mail depot - in this case it is the customers responsibility to arrange a redelivery or to collect the item. If an item remains uncollected and is returned to us, we will offer to refund the order total (not including the £5.49 delivery cost), or alternatively to re-send the order for an additional £5.49 delivery charge.
On orders delivered to destinations outside the UK, we shall not be liable for loss or damage incurred outside the United Kingdom, where postal and delivery services outside the UK are involved.

WARRANTY:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavageApparel.com is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, SavageApparel.com does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
All Savage Apparel products are subject to thorough quality control measures, and are provided with information or instructions where deemed useful.
Subject to any relevant UK legislation, our liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost. As far as permitted by UK Law, we will not be liable in any circumstances for any injury, loss or damage caused by ourselves, our products, our employees or our agents.
You and SavageApparel.com will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.

TERMINATION:
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
- you fail to make any payment to us when due;
- you breach the terms of this agreement (repeatedly or otherwise);
- when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity;
- we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.

AMENDMENTS:
SavageApparel.com may amend these Terms from time to time, and place the new version on the website. For users purchasing goods or registering on the site for the first time, all purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms. Otherwise, such changes will be effective against existing users thirty days following posting of the amended version on the site. Your continued use of the site following our posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, then your only remedy is to cease using the site.

PRECEDENCE:
These Terms supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between SavageApparel.com and you relating to your purchase. SavageApparel.com advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted. You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) fully all information on this website.

VALIDITY:
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.

JURISDICTION:
These Terms are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. Contracts between you and SavageApparel.com shall be governed by UK Law, and you and SavageApparel.com submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
